Suite aux annonces du Président de la République, puis aux consignes transmises par le Premier Ministre visant à endiguer la propagation du Covid-19 en France, toutes les actions de volontaires en service civique au contact du public sont suspendues jusqu’à nouvel ordre.
Toutefois, tous les contrats d’engagement de service civique sont maintenus, permettant le versement des indemnités aux volontaires, même lorsque les missions doivent être interrompues.
Les associations assurent, autant que faire se peut et à distance, l’accompagnement individuel et collectif des jeunes. Par ailleurs, la Diair reste mobilisée pour assurer l’accueil et l’intégration des réfugiés.
Following the announcements of the President of the Republic and the instructions given by the Prime Minister aimed at stopping the spread of Covid-19 in France, all civic services that involve contact with the public are suspended until further notice.
However, all civic service contracts are maintained, allowing the payment of allowances to volunteers, even when their missions have to be interrupted.
Associations hosting civic services are currently working on reorganising their missions — albeit in remote form. Besides, the delegation for the hosting and integration of refugees (Diair) remains operational during the lockdown.
