Le programme Volont’R a été lancé en 2018 par la Délégation interministérielle à l’accueil et à l’intégration des réfugiés (Diair) en partenariat avec l’Agence du service civique. En 2021, il a été ouvert aux jeunes étrangers primo-arrivants éligibles.
Volont’R propose aux jeunes citoyens de s’impliquer dans l’accueil et l’intégration des étrangers primo-arrivants, y compris les bénéficiaires de la protection internationale (BPI). Ce volet est mis en œuvre par le service civique. Il s’agit pour les jeunes étrangers primo-arrivants, y compris les réfugiés, de s’impliquer dans la société française. Ce volet est mis en œuvre par des collectivités locales et des associations sélectionnées par chaque région.
Volont’R participe au changement de regard de la société française sur la migration et facilite l’intégration des jeunes étrangers (meilleure connaissance de la langue et de la société françaises, développement des relations sociales, confiance en soi, maturation du projet d’avenir) à travers des projets dans divers domaines (solidarité, culture, environnement, éducation, mémoire, sport, etc.).

The Volont’R program was launched in 2018 by the Interministerial Direction Delegation for the Reception and Integration of Refugees (Diair) in partnership with the Civic Service Agency. In 2021, it was opened to eligible young newcomer foreigners.
